IOWA CITY, IA – The University of Iowa men’s golf team is receiving some well deserved national attention. Mark Hankins is in his first year as head coach of the Hawkeyes and the team has already showed much improvement.
Iowa will see its first real action of the spring as they will compete in the 2008 National Invitational Tournament in Tucson, AZ. First though, coach Hankins sat down with Golfweek’s Lance Ringler. In this `Off Campus’ interview, he discusses the progress of the Hawkeyes, the future of the program and Hawkeye spirit.
