IOWA CITY, IA – Iowa Men’s Tennis Coach Steve Houghton announced that Thomas Mroziewicz from Toronto, Canada, has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of Iowa.
Mroziewicz was a semi-finalist in both singles and doubles at the recent Canadian National Indoor tournament. In addition, he is currently ranked in the top five nationally in Canada.
He chose the Hawkeyes over Northwestern, Michigan State, Nebraska, Georgia State, College of Charleston and the University of California-Santa Barbara.
According to Coach Houghton, “Thomas is an outstanding recruit. He will have an immediate impact in both singles and doubles. He is the fourth member of a top-notch recruiting class.”
