Hawkeyes Conclude Play At Wildcat Invite

EVANSTON, IL – – The University of Iowa men’s tennis team completed competition at the Wildcat Invitational Sunday. In addition, competition continued at the D’Novo/ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, OK.

The Black and Gold claimed one doubles victory Sunday at the Wildcat Invite. Freshman Garret Dunn and sophomore Austen Kauss defeated Jackman/Balaji of Northwestern, 8-5.

Additionally, Tommy McGeorge competed in the third round of the pre-qualifying bracket at the ITA All-American Championships. The senior lost to Leo Rosenberg of Hawaii at Manoa, 3-6, 6-1, 10-7.

The Hawkeyes will compete next at the Purdue Invitational Oct. 10-11.
