IOWA CITY, IA – The University of Iowa rowing team will hold informational meetings Sunday, Aug. 22 at 1 p.m. and Monday, Aug. 23 at 5 p.m. at the Beckwith Boathouse located off Dubuque Street across from Mayflower Dormitory in Iowa City. These meetings are for University of Iowa female students interested in rowing. Those interested only need to attend one of the sessions as both will provide the same information.
Shuttle vans will be outside Hillcrest and Burge Hall 30 minutes prior to the meetings and will take you directly to the Beckwith Boathouse. If you will be driving, walking or taking the Cambus please see the links above for directions and busses to take.
Current staff and team members will be on hand to tell you about rowing at Iowa and to answer any questions you have. Many of the student-athletes did not have prior rowing experience before college and now are true students of the sport.
