IOWA CITY, Iowa – Iowa head women’s basketball coach Lisa Bluder will meet the media at 11:30 a.m. this morning at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Bluder will talk about her team’s upcoming match-up against nationally-ranked Iowa State.
Bluder’s news conference will be available live and exclusively from start to finish to subscribers of Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media mortal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official World Wide Web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Hawkeyes enter the game with an 8-1 overall record and a No. 19 national ranking after downing Kansas State, 68-62, on Sunday afternoon at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Iowa used a balanced scoring attack in the victory, as four players reached double digits with sophomore Jaime Printy pacing the way with 20 points.
After hosting the Cyclones for the first time with both teams among the national rankings, the Hawkeyes will hit the road for a pair of contests, playing at South Dakota State and Drake on Dec. 18 and Dec. 20, respectively.
