BTN to Replay Iowa vs. Pitt Game Sunday

IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa football fans who want to relive Iowa’s thrilling, come-from-behind victory against Pittsburgh can catch the game Sunday night at 7 p.m. (CT) on the Big Ten Network. Saturday’s game has been chosen as the BTN’s “Game of the Week.”

Iowa mounted the largest comeback in school history Saturday, erasing a 21-point deficit to defeat Pittsburgh inside Kinnick Stadium. The Hawkeyes were led by 399 passing yards from James Vandenberg, a pair of 100-yard receivers in Marvin McNutt, Jr. and Keenan Davis and a breakout, two-touchdown day by Kevonte Martin-Manley.

Iowa’s defense was anchored by James Morris with 13 tackles, along with Micah Hyde’s 10 tackles and two crucial interceptions, including one on Pittsburgh’s final drive to seal the win. The Hawkeye defense collected six tackles for loss with Jordan Bernstine recording two, along with eight tackles.

Every Sunday night this fall, the network will replay the weekend’s best Big Ten game at 7pm CT. Fans can vote each weekend at www.btn.com/gameoftheweek.
