IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa men’s basketball coach Fran McCaffery will take a look back at the first seven games of the 2012 Big Ten Conference season for the UI men’s basketball team and ahead at the Hawkeyes’ first game in nine days tonight when he sits down with Gary Dolphin at Carlos O’Kelly’s Mexican Café in Iowa City for another edition of Hawk Talk with Fran McCaffery tonight at 7 p.m.
Hawk Talk with Fran McCaffery is also online to subscribers of Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media portal of hawkeyesports.com, the official world wide web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Hawkeyes claimed three wins – two on the road – in what, on paper, looks like the most challenging part of their 2012 league schedule. They also defeated nationally ranked Michigan last Saturday in Iowa City. Iowa doesn’t play again until next Thursday when they entertain Nebraska at 6 p.m. Iowa time on Mediacom Court inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
