IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa senior Veronica Rydze and former Iowa diver Deidre Freeman will be representing the United States on Sunday, May 6, at the Canada Cup in Montreal, Canada. The pair will be competing in the three-meter synchronized diving event. Monetary prizes are awarded to the top performances at the meet.
The duo finished fifth in the three-meter synchronized springboard event at the USA Diving Winter Nationals on Dec. 22, 2011, with 519.30 points.
