IOWA CITY, Iowa — Attention University of Iowa football fans; there will be a new way to follow the Hawkeyes on football gamedays.
Members of the UI Athletic Communications Office will be tweeting from @IowaFBLive, providing updates, analysis and insight during every game, home and away, this season. Fans are encouraged to tweet @IowaFBLive with their photos of game day, comments or questions.
Tweeting from @IowaFBLive will begin approximately 30 minutes before kickoff and continue until the end of the game. Serious Iowa football fans will enjoy constant updates on game trends and player performances, along with TwitPics.
@IowaFBLive will be up and running for Saturday’s game vs. Penn State. Tweeting will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. (CT) Saturday’s game can be seen on ESPN, with Eric Collins, Derek Rackley and Jon Jansen calling the action.
