IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa senior Karli Johansen has been selected to play in the 2013 Front Rush / NFHCA Division I Senior Game.
The North Vancouver, Canada native has played in 64 career games, including 59 starts for the Hawkeyes. Johansen was named to the Big Ten All-Tournament team as a sophomore and junior. She competed for the Canadian Senior National Team in May of 2012.
This season, the defender has started all 17 games, tallying four goals.
The 2013 Division I Senior game will be held Saturday, Nov. 23 at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex in Virginia Beach, Va. Game time is set for 1:15 p.m. (CT).
