IOWA CITY, Iowa — There are a limited number of tickets for the University of Iowa Men’s Basketball Team Banquet that will be held on Thursday, April 14, at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Doors open at 6 p.m., with dinner and a program to follow at 6:30 p.m. in the practice gym on the second floor.
Tickets for the program and buffet is $35 (adults) or $20 (kids meal), and can be ordered online only at hawkeyesports.com, choose the TICKETS tab at the top and then “Buy Tickets” and then click on “Men’s Basketball Banquet.” Orders must be received by the end of the working day on Friday, April 1.
The Hawkeyes won 22 games, tied for third place in the Big Ten, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2016. Iowa’s senior class of Mike Gesell, Jarrod Uthoff, Okey Ukah, Jarrod Uthoff, and Adam Woodbury won a total of 89 games during their collegiate career — third most in program history for a class.
