IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa sophomore Natalie Winters has been selected to the U.S. Under-19 Women’s National Team training camp at the U.S. Soccer National Team Training Center in Carson, Calif.
The camp will be held May 13-20; the team will face the Japan U-20 Women’s National Team on May 19 at 3 p.m. (CT).
The 24-player roster will feature four players whom were part of the USA’s 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Team. The roster has nine college players, including Winters, who was an Big Ten All-Freshman Team honors in 2016.
Winters is a regular for the U.S. Women’s National Team. She has competed in nine U.S. Women’s National Team camps in her career.
