IOWA CITY, Iowa—The University of Iowa women’s tennis team has claimed the No. 10 seed in next weekend’s Big Ten Tournament in Lincoln, Nebraska. It is the second time in three seasons head coach Sasha Schmid has led Iowa to the Big Ten tournament.
The Hawkeyes will square off against the No. 7 Indiana Hoosiers on Thursday, Apr. 25, at 2 p.m. (CT). The Hawkeyes defeated Indiana on Mar. 31, 4-3, at the Hawkeye Tennis and Recreation Complex. A bracket for this year’s tournament has been attached.
