LAS VEGAS, Nevada – The University of Iowa women’s tennis team will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, to compete in the Jolene Watanabe Classic starting Friday at noon (CT) at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
Five other teams, Grand Canyon, Dixie State, Utah, Long Beach State, and Texas Tech make up the 40 players competing in the eight-player singles draws and three doubles draws.
Doubles quarterfinals followed by singles quarterfinals start on Friday, followed by doubles semifinals and singles semifinals on Saturday. Tournament play will wrap up with doubles final and singles finals.
