2022 — Indoor – USTFCCCA Midwest Region Men’s Track Athlete of the Year… B1G Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year… two-time All-American… placed second in 400 meters (45.65), earning first team All-America honors, and 12th as part of 1,600-meter relay (3:09.79), earning second team All-America honors, at NCAA Championships… two-time B1G Champion, winning 600 meters (1:15.67) and anchoring 1,600-meter relay (3:05.47)… the relay time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… set school records in 400 meters at Tyson Invite (45.39) and 600 meters Meyo Invite (1:15.36), and as part of 1,600-meter relay at Tyson Invite (3:20.40)… anchored 1,600-meter relays at Meyo Invite (3:05.63) and Razorback Invite (3:05.68)… those times rank seventh and eighth, respectively, all-time at Iowa… won 400 meters at Razorback Invite (45.78)… two-time Big Ten Men’s Track Athlete of the Week honoree (2/2/22, 2/9/22) after performances at Razorback and Meyo Invites… won 600 meters in a facility record-setting 1:16.08 at Larry Wieczorek Invite and a meet record-setting 1:17.44 at Jimmy Grant Invite… Outdoor – won 400 meters with a school record-setting 44.74 at Jim Click Shootout… at race time, that time ranks No.2 in the world… earned USTFCCCA National Track Athlete of the Week and Big Ten Male Track Athlete of the Week honors after Jim Click Shootout… anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay that won race at Jim Click Shootout (3:02.39)… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed 28th in 400 meters at USATF Championships (47.20)… letterwinner.

2021 — Indoor – won 400 meters with a meet record-setting 46.93 at Hawkeye Border Battle… that mark earned him co-B1G Track Male Athlete of the Week honors… Outdoor – NCAA qualifier as part of 1,600-meter relay… ran lead leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed ninth in a team-leading 3:04.71 at NCAA West Preliminary and that placed third at B1G Championships (3:06.77)… placed eighth in 400 meters at B1G Championships (47.38)… placed second in 400 meters at B1G Invite #2 with a season-best 47.18.

High School — won state titles in 200 and 400 meters… four-time conference champion, winning titles in 200 and 400 meters, and as part of 800 and 1,600-meter relays… all-area selection, earning conference and team MVP honors junior year… set school record in 400 (47.2) and 500 meters (1:05)… 3.5 club member… leadership academy award winner… team MVP and first honorable mention honoree at quarterback in football all-conference honoree in basketball.

Personal — born April 3, 2002… son of JT McKiver and Monte Harrington… his brother, Jevkn, plays football at Winston Salem State… information systems and logistics major.
