2021 — Indoor – B1G 60-meter hurdles champion, running a collegiate-best 8.26 in finals… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… ran season-best 200 meters at Hawkeye B1G Invite (24.86)… Outdoor – placed fourth in 100-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (13.28), running a team-leading and then-school record-setting 13.17 in prelims… ran season bests in 200 meters (25.23) at B1G Husker Invite and 400-meter hurdles at Billy Hayes Invite (1:00.81) and B1G Championships (1:00.81)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner.

High School — two-time All-American, winning 2019 AAU Junior Olympic national 400-meter hurdles (1:00.81) title and placed sixth in 100-meter hurdles (14.43)… two-time AAU Region 15 champion in 2019… 10-time district champion, eight-time all-state honoree, two-time sectional champion, two-time academic all-state honoree and three-year letterwinner in track… two-time runner-up in 300-meter hurdles at state meet… helped team to three district and two sectional titles… set school records in 100-meter hurdles (14.25), 300-meter hurdles (43.66) and 400 meters (58.98), and as part of 400-meter (48.04), 800-meter (1:42.77) and 1,600-meter (4:07.96) relays… coached by Brian Hancock, Liz Adcock and Arnulfo Peat… National Honor Society member… Presidential Excellence Award recipient… four-year Student Council representative… lettered three years in volleyball and basketball, and one in swimming., serving as team captain two seasons in basketball and one in volleyball.
