Durham, NH – Margot McMahon scored three goals and Sarah Dawson added two goals and an assist, helping the Iowa field hockey team post an impressive, 9-2, victory over New Hampshire. The win was the second-straight for the Hawkeyes, helping Iowa level its record at 2-2. UNH falls to 2-2.
With a 2-1 lead at the half, Iowa exploded for three goals in a four-minute span at the opening of the second half to put the game away. Pattie Gillern started the onslaught and was followed shortly after with goals from Dawson and McMahon.
