University of Iowa junior Lisette Planken recently competed atthe World University Games in Deagu, South Korea. She represented her native country theNetherlands. She placed eighth with a score of 248.10 in the one- meter competition, and tenth inthe three-meter with a 451.17.
Planken was an all-American last season. She finished fourth at the NCAA Championships in theone- meter competition, and ninth in the three-meter. She was named Big Ten Diver of the Weekthree times last season.
