Tickets remain on sale for the University of Iowa’s men’s basketball annual awards banquet, but the deadline for ordering tickets is Wednesday, April 14. The banquet will be held Sunday, April 18 at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Iowa City.
A social hour will begin at 2 p.m., with dinner at 3 p.m. and the awards program to follow. Gary Dolphin, the play-by-play voice of the Hawkeyes, will emcee the event. Among the awards presented at the event are the Most Valuable Player award and the Chris Street award.
Tickets for the banquet are $25 per person and may be ordered from Pam in the University of Iowa men’s basketball office. The numbers to call are 1-800-424-6677 or 319-335-9444. Orders must be received by the end of the work day, Wednesday, Apr. 14.
