Everybody likes to see themselves on TV. Jarred Hippen is no different.
But it was only because of a friends’ recording that the former Rock Falls Rocket and current Iowa Hawkeye freshman got a chance to watch himself pitch against Indiana last Saturday on the Big Ten Network.
“I was pretty impressed,” Hippen said. “The ball looks like it moves twice as much on TV than what it looks like on the mound.”
