IOWA CITY, IA — The Big Ten Conference and Iowa Hawkeyes announced television information for four of its home games for the 2009-10 men’s basketball season.

Iowa’s exhibition game against Marian College (Nov. 8) and regular season contests versus Bowling Green (Nov. 20), Prairie View A&M (Dec. 5) and Tennessee State (Jan. 12) will be televised live to Mediacom customers statewide on Mediacom’s “Connections” channel. The UI Athletics Department is also finalizing plans to make the games available to other cable television providers across the state who are Big Ten Network affiliates. And, lastly, for fans in Iowa and beyond, these games will also be streamed live online at bigtennetwork.com.

Additionally, Iowa’s road game at Northern Iowa (Dec. 11) will be televised throughout the state of Iowa on the Panther Sports Network.

All 32 Hawkeye basketball games this season will be televised.

Additionally, Iowa’s home game against North Carolina Central (Nov. 28) has been moved to 12:35 p.m. (CT) and will still be televised on the Big Ten Network.
