IOWA CITY, IA – Due to expected changes in the Iowa River level, the start time of the Head of the Iowa has changed and will now begin at 8 a.m. Sunday.
In Sunday’s regatta, hosted by the University of Iowa, rowers will race down a 2.5 mile stretch of the Iowa River. The Hawkeyes will place competitors in the women’s varsity 8’s and women’s varsity 4’s.
Fans can check out hawkeyesports.com for any future adjustments to Sunday’s race times.

8:15 a.m.: Women’s Varsity 8+
9:00 a.m.: Men’s Novice 8+
9:15 a.m.: Women’s Novice 8+

10:00 a.m.: Women’s Varsity 4+
10:15 a.m.: Men’s Novice 4+
