Hawkeyes Face UW-Milwaukee Tuesday

IOWA CITY, IA – The Iowa baseball team will host Wisconsin-Milwaukee Tuesday in a midweek game. First pitch is slated for 6:05 p.m at Duane Banks Field. Admission is $3 for adults, while UI students and youth are free.

The Hawkeyes are coming off a series win over Illinois, the first Big Ten series victory for Iowa since 2008. Iowa has won eight of its last 12 games.

The last time Iowa and Wisconsin-Milwaukee faced off was May 5, 2009. The Hawkeyes came out on top with an 11-4 victory. The Black and Gold offense pounded out 14 hits, scored in five consecutive innings and eight different Hawkeyes recorded a hit.
