Any past USA World or Olympic team member qualifies automatically to enter the 2012 Olympic Team Trials. All potential participants must provide the minimum eligibility requirements – including, but not limited to, citizenship and age — to be considered for nomination to Team USA.

The 2012 USA Wrestling Olympic Team Trials determine which U.S. athletes represent the United States at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, England. The event is being hosted by an organizing committee that includes officials at the University of Iowa, Iowa City/Coralville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, City of Coralville, and City of Iowa City.
