Hawkeyes Announce Time for Wrestle-Offs

Nov. 8, 2011

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa wrestling program has announced start times for its annual wrestle-offs. Competition will begin Thursday at 4:45 p.m., Friday at 4:15 p.m., and Saturday at 8:45 a.m. The wrestle-offs will be held inside the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

The wrestle-offs are open to the public, and there is no charge for admission, but parking will be limited due to Friday’s men’s basketball game and Saturday’s football game. The hospital parking ramp is recommended for fans attending Friday’s wrestle-offs.

Fans interested in attending should enter Carver-Hawkeye Arena through the north entrance of the Dale and Marilyn Howard Family Pavilion. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and continue down the hallway across from the practice gym and into the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex.
