IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa baseball team heads to Creighton for a two-game series Saturday and Sunday in Omaha. The Hawkeyes face the Bluejays on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. Both games will be held at the CU Sports Complex.
The Hawkeyes opened the fall ball season with a 12-3 victory over Black Hawk College on Sept. 30 at Duane Banks Field. Iowa had four players post multi-hit games in the victory, and the Hawkeyes tallied 15 hits.
Following the two road games in Omaha, the Hawkeyes close out their fall ball season against Iowa Central Community College at 6 p.m. on Oct. 12.
