    IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa football program has 29 former Hawkeyes on NFL rosters.

    Jonathan Babineaux – DL – Atlanta Falcons: Babineaux started in Sunday’s game against Green Bay recording five tackles. Babineaux has started in each game this season except during week eight due to a foot injury. He has 25 tackles and was credited with one sack this season.

    Conor Boffeli – OL – Chicago Bears: Boffeli has been a member of the Bears’ practice squad since October 2, 2014. During his career at Iowa, he started 16 consecutive games after taking over the left guard spot with three games remaining in his junior season. Boffeli entered the NFL in 2014 as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Minnesota Vikings.

    Bryan Bulaga – OL – Green Bay Packers:Bulaga started in Sunday’s contest against the Falcons. He has appeared in every game this season except week two when he suffered a knee injury. Bulaga was selected by the Packers in the first round of the 2010 draft, 23rd overall.

    Scott Chandler – TE – Buffalo Bills: Chandler saw action this weekend against the Broncos. He recorded eight receptions for eighty-one yards, which put his season total at 418. At Iowa, Chandler ranked second in catches and yards among Iowa’s all-time tight ends (2006).

    Adrian Clayborn – DL – Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Clayborn has been placed on injured reserve after sustaining a torn pectoral muscle. He will miss the rest of the 2014 season. Clayborn was selected in the first round of the 2011 draft ( 20th overall) by Tampa Bay. This is his fourth season with the Buccaneers.

    Colin Cole – DL – Carolina Panthers: Cole started in Sunday’s match-up against the Saints. Cole is in his second season with the Panthers and eighth season in the league. He entered the NFL in 2003 as an undrafted free agent with the Vikings.

    Mike Daniels – DL – Green Bay Packers: Daniels started in this weekend’s victory over the Falcons notching one tackle. This is Daniels’ third season with the Packers. He was selected by Green Bay in the fourth round of the 2012 draft. Daniels has 30 tackles and is credited with four sacks this season.

    A.J. Edds – LB – Jacksonville Jaguars: Edds signed with the Jaguars on December 3, 2014 after spending nearly one season with the Jets. Edds replaces right tackle Austin Pasztor on the 54-man roster. Edds was selected by Miami in the fourth round of the 2011 draft. He has 14 career tackles.

    James Ferentz – OL – Houston Texans: Ferentz signed with the Texans on May 16, 2014 and is a member of their practice squad. He is one of two Hawkeye rookies on the team, C.J. Fiedorowicz being the other. During his time at Iowa he was a three-year starter at center making 38 consecutive starts.

    C.J. Fiedorowicz – TE – Houston Texans:Fiedorowicz started Sunday against the Jaguars. He has started seven out of eleven games during his rookie season. Fiedorowicz was selected by the Texans with the first pick in the third round (65th overall) in the 2014 NFL Draft.

    Bradley Fletcher – DB – Philadelphia Eagles: Fletcher started Sunday against the Seahawks tallying two tackles and one pass break up. Fletcher has defended a total of 19 passes and has one interception this season. During his career at Iowa he led the team with ten pass break ups and three interceptions (2008). Fletcher tied for fifth in the Big Ten and 38th in the nation in passes defended.

    Adam Gettis – G – Pittsburgh Steelers: Gettis was signed to the Steeler’s practice squad on October 15, 2014. He previously played one season with the Washington Redskins where he saw action in all 13 games.

    Charles Godfrey – DB – Atlanta Falcons: Godfrey is in his first season with the Falcons. He signed with the team on October 28, 2014 after spending the first half of the season with the Panthers. Godfrey has a career 372 tackles. He is in his seventh season in the league.

    Shonn Greene – RB – Tennessee Titans: Greene is in his second season with the Titans and sixth in the league. He entered the NFL in 2009 when he was selected in the 3rd round by the Jets. Greene has attempted 60 carries for 220 yards and 2 touchdowns this season.

    Chad Greenway – LB – Minnesota Vikings: Greenway started this weekend against the Jets notching eleven tackles putting his season total at 86. He ranked second in the Big Ten and fourth in the nation in tackles per game during his time at Iowa (2005).

    Anthony Hitchens – LB – Dallas Cowboys: Hitchens started in Sunday’s contest against the Bears registering four tackles. This is his eighth start of his rookie season. Hitchens was drafted in the fourth round by the Cowboys.

    Micah Hyde – CB – Green Bay Packers: Hyde started this weekend against the Patriots. He tallied four tackles and defended one pass. Hyde has 55 tackles this season, which equals his total tackles from his rookie season. He has defended a total of six passes this season, three times as many as last year. This is his second season with the Packers.

    Christian Kirksey – LB – Cleveland Browns: Rookie Kirksey started this weekend in a match-up against the Colts tallying three tackles. He has started seven of thirteen games and has seen action in every game this season. Kirksey started the final 38 games of his 49-game career at Iowa, finishing 15th in school history with 315 tackles (151 solos).

    Karl Klug – DL – Tennessee Titans: In his fourth season with the Titans, Klug saw action this weekend against the Giants. During his career at Iowa he appeared in 40 games with 26 consecutive starts to end his career. Klug was selected by the Titans in the 2011 draft in the fifth round.

    Tony Moeaki -TE – Seattle Seahawks: Moeaki saw action in Sunday’s win over the Eagles recording one 15-yard reception. Moeaki, in his first season with the Seahawks, has a career total of 87 receptions for 1,113 yards and five touchdowns. He signed with the Seahawks Nov. 4, 2014.

    James Morris – LB – New England Patriots: Morris is on the Patriots’ injured reserve list. He was the sixth player in Iowa history to record 400 career tackles. He was also the first linebacker to lead the team in sacks since 1986 when they became an official statistic. Morris signed with the Patriots on May 16, 2014 and saw action in two preseason games.

    Brandon Myers – TE – Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Myers did not see any action this weekend due to a calf injury. He has been dealing with the injury since week 13. He did not participate in practice this week and his current status is questionable (50% chance of participation). It is unclear when he will return. Myers was a sixth round pick in the 2009 draft and is in his first season with the Buccaneers.

    Shaun Prater – DB – Minnesota Vikings: Prater saw action Sunday against the Jets. This is his third year in the league and second year with the Vikings. Prater was selectedin the 5th round of the 2012 draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. He has 11 career tackles.

    Riley Reiff – OL – Detroit Lions: Reiff started in Sunday’s victory over the Buccaneers. This is Reiff’s first game back after sustaining a knee injury in week 12’s game against the Patriots. The Lions’ injury report states that Reiff had full participation in practice in the week leading up to Sunday’s game. This is Reiff’s 39th starts over the past three seasons with the Lions.

    Allen Reisner – TE – Baltimore Ravens: Reisner was added to the Ravens’ practice squad on Nov. 17, 2014 after spending the 2013 season with the Jaguars. He participated in four preseason games with the Ravens in which he recorded a total of 8 receptions for 62 yards.

    Jeff Tarpinian – LB – Houston Texans: Tarpinian saw action Sunday against the Jaguars recording one tackle. This is his third season in the league and first with the Texans. He has appeared in 29 games with four career starts. He has a total of 11 tackles this season and is credited with one forced fumble.

    Matt Tobin – OL – Philadelphia Eagles: Tobin saw action this weekend against the Seahawks. Tobin has appeared in ten games this season, starting in seven of them. Tobin signed with the Eagles in the 2013 off season as a rookie free agent.

    Julian Vandervelde – G – Philadelphia Eagles: Vandervelde was re-signed to the Eagles’ practice squad on October 14, 2014. He was drafted by the Eagles in 2011 during the fifth-round of the NFL draft and was a member of their practice squad in 2012. Vandervelde was a four-year letterman at Iowa and was named to second-team All-Big Ten.

    Marshal Yanda – OL – Baltimore Ravens:Yanda started Sunday against the Dolphins. He was the second offensive lineman selected by the Ravens in the 2007 draft (3rd round). He re-signed in 2011 for a 5-year contract extension. Yanda has participated in three consecutive pro bowls during his NFL career(2011-2013).
