IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head wrestling coach Tom Brands will meet with media today at approximately 2:30 p.m. (CT) in the Feller Club Room at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The briefing with local, regional and national media will be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official worldwide website of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Hawkeyes finished 17-1 in dual matches last season, 9-0 in the Big Ten Conference. They shared the Big Ten Tournament title with Ohio State and placed second at the NCAA Championships.
Iowa returns All-Americans Thomas Gilman (125 pounds), Cory Clark (133), Brandon Sorensen (149), and Nathan Burak (197) and are picked fourth nationally in the preseason USA Today/NWCA Coaches poll.
