MINNEAPOLIS — Saturday’s collegiate baseball game between the University of Iowa and Minnesota has been postponed because of the cold temperatures in Minneapolis. The Hawkeyes and Gophers will play a doubleheader Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. (CT) at Siebert Field.
Big Ten Conference rules prohibit games from being played with real-feel temperatures below 28 degrees. Game time temperature was forecasted for 34 degrees with a real feel in the low 20s.
The opening game of the doubleheader will be streamed live on BTN Plus. Game two will still be televised live on BTN.
