2023-24 (Arizona State)

  • Reached four-time All-American status at the NCAA Championships (3/21-3/23) with a fifth-place finish, beating Finn Solomon (Pittsburgh), Cody Bond (Appalachian State), Chance Lamer (Cal Poly) and Ridge Lovett (Nebraska)
  • One of eight Sun Devils in team history to earn four-time All-American honors
  • Won his third Pac-12 Championship title (3/10), defeating Nash Singleton (Oregon State) and Chance Lamer (Cal Poly)
  • Beat No. 1 Ridge Lovett (Nebraska) in the highly anticipated dual against Nebraska (2/25)
  • Notched the 100th win of his storied collegiate career against Oklahoma State’s Jordan Williams (2/2)
  • Went 25-4 this season, marking the second consecutive season he’s notched 25 wins
  • One of six Sun Devils to earn NWCA Scholar All-American status

2022-23 (Arizona State):

  • Finished with a 27-6 record (Seven major decisions, three tech-fall victories)
  • Went 4-2 at the NCAA Championships after being seeded third, finished fourth earning All-American honors.
  • Won the Pac-12 championship in the 149 weight class after defeating Jaden Abas, 2-1 by decision.
  • Had a 14 match winning streak during the season that extended into the postseason with four major decisions, two tech falls and a pin.
  • Finished as the 149 runner-up at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational
  • Fought hard to earn a victory over #8 Brock Mauller (Missouri) in a 3-2 decision on Nov. 18. Parco was ranked third going into the dual.
  • Went 2-1 at the Journeyman Collegiate Classic with a tech fall and a decision.
  • Opened his season with a victory over #31/HM Tony White (RU) by decision, 11-5 on Nov. 12.

2021-2022 (Arizona State):

  • In his first season as a Sun Devil, held a 24-4 record. (6 major decisions, 2 TF, 2 falls)
  • 2022 Pac-12 Newcomer of the Year after going 5-0 in conference competition and sweeping the Pac-12 Championships.
  • Led team with in major decision victories (6)
  • Claimed the 149 title at the Pac-12 Championships, defeating Cal Poly’s Legend Lamer to take the top spot. Win earned him the fifth seed at 149 at the NCAA Championships where he finished eighth.
  • Ten match win streak from first match Nov. 14-Dec. 20. Parco then picked back up with a thirteen match win streak from Jan. 14-March 17.
  • Went an undefeated 3-0 to take the top spot in the 125 weight class in the Mountaineer Invitational, with a major decision
  • Added another perfect showing at the Cowboy Open, going 4-0, winning the 149 weight class, with a 16-0 victory.


2020-21 (Fresno State):
NCAA All-American at 149 pounds … placed sixth at 149 lbs. at the 2021 NCAA Championships … became the 23rd All-American in program history … went 5-3 at the NCAA Championships … earned the No. 17 seed at the NCAA Championships … knocked off the No. 6 seed Bryce Andonian (Virginia Tech), No. 7 Jonathan Millner (Appalachian State)  No. 9 Legend Lamer (Cal Poly), No. 16 seed PJ Ogunsanya (Army) and No. 31 seed Cory Crooks (Arizona State) … fell to No. 4 seed Boo Lewallen (Oklahoma State) in the consolation semifinals and No. 3 seed Brock Mauller (Missouri) in the fifth-place match … placed third at 149 lbs. at the Big 12 Championship going 4-1 in the tournament … defeated No. 5 seed Jarrett Degen (Iowa State) twice, including a 9-4 win in the third-place match, No. 8 seed Jaden Van Maanen (NDSU) and Jaron Jensen (Wyoming) at the Big 12 Championship … went 4-0 in dual meet action at 141 pounds with two wins by decision, a major decision and a technical fall … also earned two victories at 141 lbs. in extra matches over No. 21 Dylan Droegemueller (NDSU) and Ethan Leake (No. Colorado) … went a perfect 3-0 at the Cal Poly Round Robin at 141 lbs. with two wins by decision and a 18-3 technical fall over Stockton O’Brien (Utah Valley) … collected 16 wins by decision, one major decision and two technical fall … went 19-4 overall on the season.

2019-20 (Freshman): Redshirted … went 17-2 while competing unattached at 141 pounds … tallied seven wins by decision, four major decisions, three technical falls and three falls … earned titles at both the Bill Musick Open & the California Collegiate Open … went 4-0 at BMO with a 3-1 win in the finals … went a perfect 5-0 at the CCO with three decisions and a pair of technical falls … placed second at the Reno Tournament of Champions posting a 4-1 mark recording a major decision and three decisions … finished third at the Roadrunner Open with a 4-1 record with a pair of falls and a technical fall … Redshirt of the Year.

High School: Parco was a USA Wrestling Greco National Champion… three-time CIF State Tournament Qualifier… won the 132-lb. weight class as a senior in 2019 at De La Salle High School… won the Doc Buchanan crown… also qualified for the CIF State Tournament as a sophomore and junior at 126 pounds… won the Fargo Greco-Roman championship in 2018… four-year letter winner at De La Salle High School.

Personal: Son of Catherine and Randy Parco… has two siblings, EJ and Torin
