Hawk Item — Younger sister of former Hawkeye Marike Stribos, who played for Iowa from 2010-14 and current Hawkeye Lokke Stribos.

2021 Honors – Named a NFHCA Division I Scholars of Distinction recipient and to the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten selection… Dean’s List honoree during the fall and spring semesters. 2021 – Started all 20 games, logging 846 minutes… scored three goals and had two assists… finished with 14 shots, including 10 on goal… had all three goals in a two-game stretch, scoring one goal in win over Ohio (9/10) and two in a victory over Saint Louis (9/12)… scored the game-clinching goal in a shootout victory over No. 2 Michigan (10/15)… had assists in wins over Wake Forest (9/27) and at Rutgers (10/1).

2020 Honors — NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad honoree… Academic All-Big Ten selection. 2020 — Played in all 18 games, registering two goals, one assist, and 15 shots.

2019 Honors — Named to NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad. 2019 — Started 17 of 20 games played… scored her first collegiate goal against Wake Forest in the season opener (8/30)… scored Iowa’s lone goals in both bouts against North Carolina (9/1 and 11/17)… led the team in shot-on-goal percentage (.875).

High School — Member of the U18 Belgium National Team (2017-19)… member of First Team Waterloo Ducks (Belgian Champions Indoor, EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup Germany, EuroHockey Outdoor Club Cup UK) in 2018-19… participated on the U21 Belgium National Team summer program in 2017-18… started playing field hockey at the age of four for HTV Oranje field hockey club… made finals of U19 Braxgata in 2016-17 and finals of U16 Braxgata from 2014-16.

Personal — Born June 8, 2001… mother, Janneke van der Meulen, played field hockey in college… majoring in civil engineering.
