2023 Honors – – Comeback Player of the Year Award… one of six juniors named to Player Council… 2023 – – Started at cornerback in 12 games… recorded 42 tackles (31 solo, 11 assists), including one tackle for a loss of one yard, eight pass break-ups and one interception on the season… the eight pass break-ups led the team and ranked fourth in the Big Ten… recorded a career-high eight solo tackles, including one tackle for a loss of one yard, and four pass-break-ups in 15-13 win over Illinois… had six tackles (three solo, three assists) in 20-14 win vs. Purdue… recorded five tackles (two solo, three assists) in 10-7 win at Northwestern… had four solo tackles and his fifth career interception in 26-16 win vs. Michigan State… collected four tackles (two solo, two assists) in 12-10 loss vs. Minnesota… recorded three solo tackles and two pass break-ups in 22-0 win over Rutgers… had three tackles (two solo, one assist) in 35-0 loss to Tennessee… collected two tackles (one solo, one assist) and one pass break-up in 15-6 win at Wisconsin… recorded two solo tackles and one pass break-up in 13-10 win at Nebraska… letterwinner.

2019 – – Saw first action of career on special teams in 18-17 win at Iowa State… recorded two solo tackles in 48-3 win over Middle Tennessee for first career statistics… one of eight true freshmen to see action… redshirted after seeing action in just two games.

High school honors – – Earned second-team all-state honors as a senior… first-team all-area and all-conference as a senior… earned academic all-conference recognition as a senior… Career – – Helped prep team advance to state playoffs four straight years… recorded 72 tackles, eight interceptions, and five pass break-ups as a senior… also lettered in basketball and track… member of prep basketball team that won state title his sophomore season.
