IOWA CITY – Former University of Iowa basketball players Greg Bruner and Jeff Horner will be signing autographs and throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at Friday night’s baseball game against Purdue.
The former Hawkeye hoops stars will be signing autographs for fans from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
The Hawkeye baseball team is fighting for a spot in the Big Ten Tournament, and hosts Purdue in a crucial four-game series this weekend. Friday’s game will start at 6 p.m., followed by a Saturday doubleheader at 2 p.m. and the series finale Sunday at 1 p.m.
Tickets are $3 for adults. UI students, children under five and adults over 50 receive free admission.
