IOWA CITY, Iowa — Tracey Griesbaum, head field hockey coach at the University of Iowa, will hold a press conference Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m. in the Press Room of Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The University of Iowa field hockey team won its third-straight Big Ten Tournament championship Sunday and received the conference’s automatic bid to this weekend’s 16-team NCAA Tournament.
Griesbaum will discuss the tournament pairings and the team’s success. Joining her will be Lauren Pfeiffer, senior defensive back and Big Ten Tournament MVP, and Lissa Munley, senior goalkeeper, and second team all-Big Ten performer.
The press conference will take place before UI men’s basketball coach Todd Lickliter’s weekly press conference, which begins at 11:30 a.m.
