IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa baseball team will hold its Spring Training Camp for high school athletes March 28, April 4, 18 and 25 at Duane Banks Field. The cost is $100 for one session, $180 for two sessions and $300 for all four sessions.
From 6-9 p.m., all players will have the opportunity to participate in a college style practice. All aspects of the game will be covered, including fielding, hitting, base running and pitching. Coach-pitch scrimmages will be held at the end of each day. The camp is limited to 50 participants.
Instruction is provided by members of the Iowa coaching staff, including Pitching Coach Chris Maliszewski, Assistant Coach Ryan Brownlee and Volunteer Assistant Zach Dillon, and Regina Coach Uby Martinez.
