IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa wrestling program will host its annual wrestle-offs Thursday, Friday and Saturday inside the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The wrestle-offs begin Thursday at 5 p.m., Friday at 4:30 p.m., and Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Doors open Saturday at 7 a.m.
The event is free to the public. Fans should enter Carver-Hawkeye Arena through the North entrance and proceed to the second level to the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex. Public parking is available in surrounding lots on Thursday, but is very limited on Friday and Saturday.
The university parking lots surrounding Carver-Hawkeye Arena are reserved on Friday for fans attending the men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader. Fans attending the wrestle-offs on Friday are encouraged to park in lot 43, located west of the UI Rec Building and Kinnick Stadium.
Parking on Saturday is reserved for fans attending the Iowa football game. Fans attending the wrestle-offs on Saturday can find public parking in surrounding private lots or on the west and east edges of the University of Iowa campus.
