IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa softball team has established dates for its winter clinics. Five clinics will be held from Jan. 18-20, 2013. All clinics will be held at the University of Iowa’s new indoor football facility located directly north of Kinnick Stadium. Each camp participant will receive a camp t-shirt.
The Little Hawks Clinic (grades K-3) will be held Friday, Jan. 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The cost of the camp is $25.
The Advanced All-Skills Clinic (grades 8-12) will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost of the camp is $105. Lunch is included.
The Advanced Pitcher Catcher Camp (grades 8-12) will be held Sunday, Jan. 20, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The cost of the camp is $105. Pitchers must bring a catcher.
The Intermediate All-Skills Clinic (grades 4-7) will be held Sunday, Jan. 20, from 3 to 7 p.m. The cost of the camp is $90.
The Intermediate Pitcher Catcher Clinic (grades 4-7) will be held Sunday, Jan. 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. The cost of the camp is $15. Campers must register for the Intermediate All-Skills Clinic to register for this camp.
There is a $30 dollar discount for those that register for both the Advanced clinics.
Registration, available both online and by mail, will be handled in the order in which it is received. Those interested can register and find more information on the Iowa softball camps page.
