NOTE: 2013 Summer Clinics are FULL
IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa softball team has established dates for its summer clinics. Five clinics will be held from Aug. 5-7. All clinics will be held at the University of Iowa’s Pearl Field — the home of the Iowa softball team. Each camp participant will receive a camp t-shirt.
The All-Skills Camp (grades 4-7) will be held Monday, Aug. 5, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost of the camp is $95. Lunch is included. This clinic is limited to 50 campers.
There are two options for the Hitting Camp (grades 8-12). The first camp will be held Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 9 a.m. to noon. The second option is Wednesday, Aug. 7, from 2 to 5 p.m. The cost of the camp is $70. Each clinic is limited to 20 campers.
There are two options for the Defensive Camp (grades 8-12). The first camp will be held Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 2 to 5 p.m. The second option is Wednesday, Aug. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost of the camp is $70. Each clinic is limited to 20 campers.
Campers who register for both the high school hitting and defensive clinics will receive a $20 discount.
