IOWA CITY, Iowa — Due to the forecast of rain Friday, the University of Iowa baseball team has moved its fall ball contest against Iowa Central Community College to Wednesday. The Hawkeyes and Tritons will face off at 2 p.m. (CT) at Duane Banks Field.
Iowa is 2-0 this fall, downing the Ontario Blue Jays (15-6, 15 innings) and Kirkwood Community College (17-7) in 14 innings.
The Hawkeyes will host DMACC on Oct. 9 in their final contest of the fall schedule before playing the Black & Gold World Series on Oct. 14-16.
