IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa women’s tennis team will face Wichita State on Monday, April 10 at noon (CT) at the Hawkeye Tennis and Recreation Complex.
The Hawkeyes had their match against UT Arlington canceled earlier this season due to weather in the Arlington area, and are using Monday’s match as an opportunity to make up the match. Wichita State will be in the Iowa area this weekend taking on Drake on Saturday and Northern Iowa on Sunday.
The Shockers are 11-7 with a 7-3 road record. Wichita State leads the overall series 4-3. The last time these schools met was in 2009. The Hawkeyes won the match, 6-1.
