Hawkeyes Fall to the No.10 Tigers

BATON ROUGE, La. – The University of Iowa softball team fell to the tenth-ranked LSU Tigers, 16-1, in five innings on Saturday afternoon.
The Hawkeyes finished the Tiger Classic with a record of 1-3.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Sophomore Aralee Bogar broke LSU’s Maribeth Gorsuch’s no-hitter in the top of the third with a single and junior Liz Deshields brought Bogar home with an RBI SAC fly for the Hawkeyes’ lone run of the evening.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS
