Hear From Head Coach Sasha Schmid:

“This was a great weekend for us. It’s invaluable this early in the season to play matches and there is no substitute for that. We were grateful for three days of doubles and singles. We learned a lot. We have a lot to work on, but that’s always the case in the beginning of the season. We’re excited to keep learning and improving and seeing progress week to week. Even over the course of these last few days I saw improvement. We’re excited that from here on out, we play as a team and that it’s a team score only.”

The Hawkeyes will begin team competition later this week at Charlotte on Friday in North Carolina.
