2020 — Season canceled by Big Ten Conference and NCAA on March 12 due to concerns of coronavirus (COVID-19)… two-way player as an infielder and relief pitcher… started 10 games — five at shortstop, three at third base, and twice as the designated hitter… hit .308 (12-of-39) with 11 RBIs and 10 runs scored… hit safely in eight games with four multi-hit contests… went 1-0 with a 1.35 ERA in five appearances with seven strikeouts in 6 2/3 innings… went 2-for-4 with two doubles, four RBIs, and two runs scored in win over Georgetown (3/7)… went 2-for-2 with two RBIs against No. 8 NC State (2/28)… notched his first win, tossing 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, allowing one hit and fanning three against No. 14 Duke (3/1)… went 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI against Pitt (2/16) at the Snowbird Classic… named the SCL All-Star Game MVP in summer of 2020.
