IOWA CITY – The University of Iowa softball team will now play St. Francis at 5 p.m. and San Jose State at 9 p.m. Friday at the National Invitational Softball Tournament (NIST). Iowa was originally scheduled to play North Dakota State at 3 p.m. instead of St. Francis, but the contest was restructured due to Oregon withdrawing from the tournament.
The Hawkeyes will participate in bracket play Saturday which continues through Sunday. For continued updates, check www.hawkeyesports.com.
