The University of Iowa softball team travels to Jacksonville, Florida, to continue its 2024 season at The UNF/JU Invitational. The Hawkeyes open with a double header against UNF on Friday, followed by another double header against Jacksonville on Saturday. Iowa will face Harvard for one game on Sunday.

LAST TIME OUT
The Hawkeyes were able to get two games in at The Spring Games in Leesburg, Fla. before the remainder of the tournament was rained out. Iowa went 1-1 on Friday falling to Southern Illinois (4-1) before defeating Liberty (4-2) in game two.
Freshman Jena Young led the team offensively hitting .500 in the two games. Pitchers Devyn Greer and Haley Downe did not allow an earned run in a combined seven innings of work.
