IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head wrestling coach Tom Brands will meet the media at 2:30 p.m. (CT) for the 2013 Iowa Wrestling Media Day.
The briefing with local, regional and national media will be held in the Feller Club Room inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena and will be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multimedia portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official worldwide website of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Hawkeyes return four All-Americans, including 157 pound NCAA champion Derek St. John in 2013-14. Other All-Americans include NCAA runner-up Tony Ramos, Mike Evans and Ethen Lofthouse. Iowa finished fourth at the 2013 NCAA Championships with 73 team points.
Following Brands’ news conference, assistant coaches and student-athletes will be available in the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex until 3:25 p.m. (second floor).
