IOWA CITY, Iowa — Mellecker Family Head Men’s Tennis Coach Ross Wilson announced Thursday morning the University of Iowa’s 2018 fall schedule. The Hawkeyes will travel all over the country competing against some of the best competition in college tennis.

This year’s team comes off the heels of the program’s fourth most win total in school history. The Hawkeyes return six letterwinners, including five starters, heading into this fall. Most notably junior Kareem Allaf and senior Jonas Larsen return with the most experience, winning 17 doubles matches last season. Sophomores Will Davies and Piotr Smietana also won 17 doubles matches last year, including a streak of 11 in a row. Sophomore Joe Tyler posted six Big Ten singles wins, second most on the team. The Hawkeyes will also welcome three freshmen this fall: Oliver Okonkwo, Morgan Lohan, and Nikita Snezhko.
