Van Heuvelen Treadwell Wins ITA Doubles Title

IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa women’s tennis junior Elise van Heuvelen Treadwell won a doubles title this week at the 2019 Oracle ITA National Summer Championships at Texas Christian University.
 
Van Heuvelen won the doubles title with Iowa State’s Yun Chen Hsieh. Hsieh and van Heuvelen teamed up winning 41 of 64 sets to win the doubles bracket.
 
Van Heuvelen also competed in singles as the No. 14 seed losing in the round of 32 to Skyler Miller of Oklahoma.
