The Hawkeyes and Hurricanes are the two teams in the field that are receiving votes from the CRCA Pocock Coaches Poll.

Iowa looks to build off their progress made over winter training.

Quoting Head Coach Jeff Garbutt
“We are very excited to be traveling to Sarasota for the Sunshine State Invite. It will be our first weekend of 2k racing and the team is eager to get to work and see our progress from winter training. Coach Lane, at Jacksonville, does an outstanding job of getting schools to attend and this year might be his best field ever. The races will be livestreamed, and I am excited for our athletes’ families that won’t be in Florida to be able to watch us race. Go Hawks!”
