IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa women’s soccer team has signed Olivia Lebdaoui, Fernanda Mayrink, Iba Oching and Eileen Solomon. The announcement was made by head coach Dave DiIanni on Saturday. Mayrink and Oching will be sophomores while Lebdaoui and Solomon will be graduate students for the 2025 season.
Lebdaoui spent her previous three years of eligibility at Florida State. As a freshman, Lebdaoui played in nine games where she recorded her first career goal. Lebdaoui missed her entire sophomore season due to injury when the Seminoles won the national championship. Last season, the Panama City Beach, Florida, native appeared in 13 contests, finishing with two assists and two goals, including a goal in Florida State’s first round NCAA Tournament victory over Samford.
Lebdaoui also participated on the Morocco U-20 National Team.
